You will collaborate directly with their internal Architects, Project Managers and Construction Delivery team to produce exceptional homes.DutiesParticipate and attend client consultation and design meetingsCreate and present conceptual designsWorking alongside the Lead Architect to formulate a design that incorporates the meets the client's and architects design principlesProduction of renders and drawingsProduction of FF&E; schedulesPreparation of documentation and final drawings for approvalOngoing collaboration with suppliersSalary negotiable based on experienceWork across a portfolio of high-end, bespoke residential projects across Sydney's North Shore & Northern BeachesWork closely with a skilled and experienced team teams of architect, designers, project managers and construction delivery teamExtremely tight-knit team with regular team eventsFlexible working arrangements available across North Sydney and Parramatta locations, with work from home on offerWhat You NeedBachelors Degree or higher equivalent in Interior ArchitectureMinimum 4-5 years experience as an Interior Architect or Interior Designer working across local high-end residential projectsProficiency with SketchUp, Archicad and Adobe suite is preferablePrior experience with material and finishes selections will be advantageous
