Sleep Electric Brisbane South – Willawong QLDHEAVY LIFTING REQUIREDDaily Start location in Willawong3-5 days per week ***** hoursReliable transportation is needed to / from workCurrently hold or are willing to obtain National Police Check, NDIS Workers Screening & Blue Card (Paid for by us)Clean criminal historyMust be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (2 shots)Full Australian Driver License and clean driving recordLooking for someone to start ASAPAbout Us:Sleep Electric Brisbane South is a family business that supplies Adjustable Beds to the General Public, NDIS Participants and Aged Care Providers and their clients in the Brisbane, Gold Coast & North East NSW areas.Your Role:DeliveriesThe requirements of this role are physically demanding due to the weight of our beds *******KG), and you will need to be physically fit with the capability to complete tasks that require lifting heavy beds and manoeuvring these through homes.You will be a part of a 2-3 person team Delivering and Installing our beds and completing servicing where required at clients' homes.
Normally 4-6 deliveries / services per day.
You will assist in loading the truck each morning for deliveries,



and do rubbish runs as required.Other duties include:Interacting with our clients & providing training on our productsReceiving stock deliveries from our suppliersLight paperwork & taking paymentsRubbish runs to dispose of cardboard / packagingAny other tasks that are requiredMust havean open drivers license, clean criminal history, and minimal driving offences.Must Befully vaccinated against Covid-19.
This is a requirement of the Aged Care and Disability Sectors.Applicant Must Be:Physically fit and able to lift heavy itemsResponsible, reliable and well mannered and well presentedComfortable communicating with clients in a friendly mannerAble to work well with others and follow instructionYou must also possess or be willing to obtain:A Current National Police Check CertificateBlue Card (Working With Children Check)NDIS Workers Screening (Disability Check)Flu Vaccination when requiredCovid-19 Booster Shots if requiredIf you do not have these, we will assist you to obtain.
