The Credit Team Leader will report directly to the Shared Services Manager, taking a hands-on approach while also mentoring and leading the credit team.

n

This role would suit a Senior Credit Controller, Senior Accounts Receivable professional, or an existing Credit Team Leader looking to join a supportive and collaborative environment. The role: n

Lead the credit function supporting a small team
n
Manage and monitor all accounts to ensure timely payment
n
Access credit health of recent and existing customers
n
Investigate and resolve invoice queries with a high standard of customer service
n
Accurate and timely reporting
n
Recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency
n

The successful candidate:

Proven experience in a team leader or senior position where you have lead or mentored others
n
A strong track record in reducing debt
n
The proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels
n
Excellent organisation skills and an ability to plan and prioritise
n
Excellent verbal and written communications
n
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
n
Have a high level of enthusiasm and a positive approach
n
