We are seeking a dedicated SAP S/4HANA Change Analyst (People) to support the change management strategy for SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll implementations within a major Contemporary ERP Program. In this role, you will play a key part in stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and driving seamless business readiness across HR and Payroll functions.

What You Will Do: n

Support the implementation of HR and Payroll change management strategies aligned with ERP transformation goals.

Conduct change impact assessments to identify workforce, role, and process changes while supporting targeted interventions.

Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain communication materials, including FAQs, presentations, and intranet updates.
n
Support the development and delivery of training programs, including material coordination, scheduling, and completion tracking.
n
Execute business readiness assessments and manage change adoption metrics to ensure smooth go-live support.
