Job Description

Assistant Farm Manager (2IC) to work alongside the Farm Manager and take genuine, shared ownership of the day-to-day running of the farm. This is a hands-on role where you'll be on the roster for milking, in the calving paddock, on the tractor and in the shed while also helping lead the team, drive herd performance and keep the place running to a high standard. When the Farm Manager is on leave or off farm, you're the one holding it together.

Renumeration n

Salary based on experience and includes a 4-bedroom house in Simpson only walking distance from the dairy.
