Tuggerah, NSW | $***** per hour | Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pmWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Customer and Publisher Services team based in Tuggerah.This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to bookseller customers and publisher clients, building robust working relationships and ensuring customer requests are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.About the RoleYour responsibilities will include:Proactively liaising with customers and clients to maintain strong working relationshipsResponding to customer and client enquiries via phone and written communicationProcessing orders, return authorisations, rebates, group buys, transfers, consignment sales, remainders, direct shipments and other customer requestsEnsuring requests are processed accurately and completed right the first timeResolving customer and client queries within agreed service levelsHandling customer and client complaints effectively and professionallyMaintaining effective communication with internal departmentsWorking towards departmental performance and service-level targetsEscalating ongoing issues or queries to the Team Leader or Manager when requiredIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, service and productivityMaintaining high standards of quality and productivityAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience working in a fast-paced customer service roleExperience working in a target-driven environmentExperience building effective customer and client relationshipsExperience processing dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skillsThe ability to remain calm under pressureThe ability to meet productivity targets without compromising qualityStrong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to meet strict deadlinesA self-motivated, reliable and flexible approachThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamMicrosoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook skills If you have strong customer service experience and are looking for your next opportunity in Tuggerah, we would love to hear from you.
