hygiene and infection control standardsComplete documentation including temperature checks, cleaning logs and production recordsIdentify and report hazards, incidents or equipment faultsRole requirementsCertificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)Food safety knowledge and protected food handling practicesUnderstanding of special diets, allergens and IDDSI requirementsAbility to work effectively in a team and follow directionStrong communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to resident-centred care and positive dining experiencesBasic computer and documentation skillsExperience in aged care or healthcare food service (highly regarded)Satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or organisational policy
