Key Responsibilities:Design & DevelopmentCreate cutting-edge western silhouettes including dresses, coord sets, tops, and fusion wear.Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand aesthetics and fashion trends.Work on detailed illustrations, mood boards, and technical sketches using Photoshop & Corel Draw.Source and experiment with fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for both western and fusion styles.Sampling & ProductionTranslate design concepts into samples with the in-house team.Ensure fittings, pattern corrections, and fabric usage align with quality and cost.Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams for smooth execution.Trend & Market ResearchStay updated with global and Indian trends in western & fusion fashion.Analyze competitor collections and contribute ideas for differentiation.Brand AestheticsMaintain Fashion Dwar's identity:

Fabric Knowledge: Cotton, Rayon, Muslin, Chanderi, Silk, Blends & their drapes.Design Expertise: Western silhouettes, dresses, coord sets, fusion wear.Strong visualization, sketching & digital illustration skills.Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and embroidery placement.Ability to work under deadlines with creativity and precision.Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field.2–5 years of professional experience in women's western or fusion fashion.Portfolio of previous work (required).
