Read on about the role...About The RoleOur Christmas casuals play an integral part in delivering Christmas across our network of retail stores.
They support our store teams to ensure standards for operations and customer experience are maintained during the busiest time on our calendar.




The day-to-day responsibilities as our seasonal casuals may include;Greeting and serving customersSharing product knowledge and gift recommendationsDaily tea brewing and tastingsRestocking the storeMaintaining store presentation and merchandising displaysProcessing sales transactionsStore opening and closing tasksWe have seasonal Christmas casual positions available in some locations from early October through until January ****.Group training sessions will be held mid-October as a part of the onboarding for our Christmas teams.We are growing our teams across all Victorian stores including metro Melbourne, Daylesford, Healesville and Chadstone ready for a busy festive season.Who We Are Looking ForPassionate home cooks who have a valuable base knowledge of food.Existing spice knowledge is a definite, but not essential, bonus!
