offering a comprehensive range of services including:UltrasoundGeneral X‐RayOPGCTCardiac CTMRIDEXA / Body CompositionWith cutting‐edge equipment and a strong focus on patient care, this exciting new facility will deliver high‐quality imaging services to the local community.About the RoleAs a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers, playing a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience from the moment patients walk through our doors.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and assisting patients, referrers, and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerManaging appointment bookings and schedulingAnswering telephone and email enquiriesProcessing patient registrations and maintaining accurate recordsManaging referrals and administrative documentationLiaising with Radiologists, Sonographers, Radiographers, and other healthcare professionalsSupporting the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the clinicDelivering exceptional customer service and patient careAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a reception, administration, or customer service roleMedical reception experience (highly regarded but not essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time‐management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in computer systems and administrative processesA positive, professional, and patient‐focused attitudeThe ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamOperational Hours: 8:30-5pm
