Our Medical centres offer general practice, dental, radiology, telehealth, pharmacy, pathology, allied health and specialists – all under one roof.We're a growing, purpose-driven organisation that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join the Our Medical Dental team.In this role, you will play a key part in supporting dentists and the wider team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, while delivering a high standard of care and an outstanding patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support your assigned dentist, including proactive chairside assisting throughout the dayTake ownership of the clinical room, ensuring it is fully prepared, stocked, and ready for all proceduresMaintain the highest standards of infection prevention and control to ensure patient and team safetyProvide a supportive, professional, and caring experience for patients at every interactionAssist with the effective processing, sterilisation,



and barcode tracking of instrumentsWork collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations across the clinicSupport reception duties including appointment bookings, enquiries, billing, recalls, and follow-up callsAssist with stock management, external lab coordination, and in-house lab workHelping to manage stock levels, coordinating external lab work and assisting with in-house lab work.About YouYou are a reliable, proactive, and team-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and supporting your colleagues.You will bring:A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a differenceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from all walks of lifeA growth mindset, with openness to feedback and continuous improvementStrong work ethic, reliability, and punctualityMinimum 1+ years' experience as a Dental AssistantUp-to-date vaccinations and serology appropriate for the roleCertificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred)Experience with Dental4Windows (advantageous)Why Join Cornerstone Health?
