We're a small, close-knit team, and we're looking for someone who takes initiative and works hard alongside us.About the RoleA hands-on, physical role supporting the day-to-day running of our warehouse and retail floor.
You'll collect and deliver donated furniture and goods, prepare items for sale, and keep stock moving from warehouse to shop floor.
This isn't a sit-back role — we need someone reliable who gets in and does the work.Hours: Rostered shifts fall within Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm.What You'll Be DoingCollecting and delivering donated furniture and general goods to and from homes and businessesLoading and unloading the vehicle safely and efficientlyCleaning and preparing furniture items ready for saleBringing stock from the warehouse onto the retail floorSorting, organising and storing donations in the warehouseGeneral manual handling — lifting, moving, carryingRepresenting MLM professionally to donors,



customers and the communityKeeping vehicles and equipment in secure working order and reporting faultsWhat You'll NeedA full, current, clean Manual driver's licence — non-negotiableA current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) — required before work commencesA current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one — mandatoryGenuine physical fitness — this role involves regular heavy lifting and manual handlingA warm, kind, positive persona — this role involves regular contact with the Noosa community, and how you represent MLM mattersReliability and punctuality — we need someone we can count onOwn reliable transport to get to workNice to Have (not essential)A good understanding of furniture and collectablesExperience in a warehouse, delivery, removalist, or logistics roleCurrent First Aid certificatePay: $*****–$***** per hour (General Retail Industry Award ****, Level 1–3, Casual, inclusive of casual loading — classification confirmed based on relevant experience)
