York is a manageable commute for two dedicated days each week, offering variety, balance and the chance to make a real impact in a close‐knit community.For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to take on the Clinical Educator function at the site or to pick up additional RN shifts to increase hours and broaden your scope of practice.You'll oversee clinical and allied health services, guide assessment and care planning, and ensure compliance with AN‐ACC, Accreditation Standards and BaptistCare policies.
