Alpine Hotel Bright, part of the Jacob Group is currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team in Bright VIC. The successful candidate will need to:

Take responsibility for the Restaurant while on shift
n
Analyse and plan Restaurant sales levels and profitability
n
Handle any customer complaints
n
Training and Supervision of barista and floor staff
n
Maintain stock levels
n
Greet and seat customers at venue
n
Planning and organising booked functions
n
Function room, Dining
n

n

Room and Cellar set up

n

n
Ensure full compliance with health regulations
n

n

Skills & Attributes

n

n
Ideally have 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
n
Certificate III in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related
n
OH&S; awareness
n
Food Handling and RSA certificates required
n

n

Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Position available. Application opens on 26th of August 2026 and closes on 26th of September 2026.
