Creating Links is seeking a Carer Assessor for the Permanency Support Program to ensure secure, capable carers for children and young people. You will assess, review and authorise carers, using trauma-informed approaches to support safety, wellbeing and cultural identity.

Work closely with recruitment, intake and casework teams to provide transparent recommendations, ensuring compliance with NSW legislation and Child Protected Standards. Travel for home visits and assessments is required.
