As a Casual Gaming and TAB Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the gaming and TAB operations within the hotel.What you'll be doingGreeting and assisting customers with all their gaming and TAB needs in a friendly and professional mannerEnsuring the gaming and TAB areas are well-maintained, organised and adhering to all relevant policies and proceduresAccurately handling cash and managing transactions related to gaming and TAB operationsIdentifying and addressing any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective mannerSupporting the overall operations of the hotel by assisting with other duties as requiredWhat we're looking forProven experience in a customer service or gaming attendant role, preferably within the hospitality industryMust be available to work days, weekends,
