You are an excellent communicator, display sound time management and organisational skills combined with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.Responsibilities include;Answering the inbound contacts in a timely mannerProcessing repair orders, quotes, invoices, and paymentsResolving customer issues quickly and effectively, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer careSales and booking of service and repairsThe successful candidate will;Display strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phoneDemonstrate well developed written and spoken communication skillsWork effectively in a small team environmentHold a current, valid, Australian drivers licenseManage service parkingWhat's on offer:Full training provided as a Service ReceptionistSupport from a friendly, qualified teamExperience in a dealership is not essential, however prior customer service/ admin experience will be looked upon favourably.
