As the Environmental Superintendentyou lead a team of environmental professionals to ensure timely delivery of the Annual Environmental Plan.Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will be accountable for the development and implementation of the Environmental Programs & Projects to maintain compliance with all environmental permits, legislation, and regulatory requirements.This role will provide you with the opportunity to advance your mining career in a large dynamic underground mining environment and to gain experience across many different disciplines as an environmental professional.The Environmental Superintendent role will see you responsible for:Leading innovation, development, and support of the site environmental programs.Develop the site's Annual Environmental Plan in line with the Sustainable Mine Plan to enable stable, optimized, safe and sustainable mining operationsDevelop yearly objectives and targets to meet compliance with the Environmental Authority (EA) and EPBC in alignment with the 5-year rehabilitation plansCo-ordinating and managing all environmental and cultural heritage mattersLead and mentor a team of environmental professionalsManage and collaborate with stakeholders, lead initiates,
