Core4 is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment works across Brisbane.This role would suit an experienced Site Supervisor, Foreman or strong Leading Hand who enjoys taking ownership of a site, working closely with trades and solving problems as they arise.With projects across commercial, retail, hospitality and property environments, you'll enjoy plenty of variety rather than being tied to the same type of build.What you'll be doingYou'll work closely with our project delivery team to keep sites running safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.Coordinating trades, materials and site requirements with the project team.Monitoring project progress and resolving site issues as they arise.Maintaining explicit communication with clients, trades and internal teams.Conducting site inspections and ensuring WHS and site requirements are maintained.Managing defects and handovers as required.About youWe're looking for someone who is confident on site,



communicates well and takes ownership of getting the job done.Ideally, you'll bring:Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading HandExperience within commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishmentStrong experience coordinating trades and subcontractorsA trade background, with carpentry highly regardedGood construction knowledge and the ability to interpret drawingsStrong organisation and communication skillsA practical, solutions-focused approachCurrent driver's licence and White CardMost importantly, we're looking for someone who can build positive relationships with trades, clients and the internal project team while keeping the site moving.Why join Core4?
