Job DescriptionThe role is a casual, Medical Receptionist position, available to work shifts across the week (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 5pm.
This role is based at our Mount Isa clinic.Role OverviewAs a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeGreeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.What We're Looking ForClear verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.Relevant reception/customer service experience.Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.What We Can Offer YouWellbeing benefitsFitness passport,
