Join a supportive 5–6 person Commercial Property team.About the RoleThis is a wide-ranging role working across commercial leasing, property projects, agreements and providing technical property advice.
You will manage a range of leasing and property matters while working closely with internal stakeholders and external parties.Your responsibilities will include:Managing commercial property leasing and licensing mattersSupporting strategic property projects from start to finishProviding technical property advice and support to the wider Property teamManaging agreements in line with relevant policies and proceduresWorking with internal departments, tenants,



legal representatives and external consultantsContributing to continuous improvement of property processes and practicesSupporting the delivery of broader property strategy and objectivesWorking autonomously while collaborating closely with the Property Coordinator and wider teamAbout YouWe are looking for someone with solid property leasing experience who can confidently manage stakeholder relationships and navigate more complex property matters.You will ideally have:Commercial property experienceExperience across property leasing and/or licensingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsThe ability to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and sound problem-solving skillsA current driver's licenseA relevant degree in property / real estate / businessLeasing/licensing experience highly regardedWhat's on OfferMonday to Friday, full-time hours2 days WFH per weekSalary approx.
