City of Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Property Officer – Acquisitions & Divestments to lead land acquisition, divestment and valuation programs.
You will work with internal teams, consultants, landowners and government agencies to negotiate complex property matters while ensuring compliance with legislation.You will prepare valuation reports, advise on acquisitions and disposals, and coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes for major infrastructure and community
