Tenterfield Shire Council in NSW is seeking a full time Leading Hand (Roads – Sealed) to supervise sealed road maintenance and rehabilitation works across the Shire.
This hands-on role will lead a small crew and contractors to deliver roads the community can rely on.You will implement safe work practices, oversee traffic control, allocate tasks, report progress, and operate civil plant in a rural NSW setting.
A strong WHS background and appropriate licences are essential.
