You will assist customers, maintain store presentation, support stock management and help create an enjoyable shopping experience .




Key responsibilities include:Greeting and assisting customers in-store with a friendly and professional approachProviding product recommendations and advice across our toy categoriesOperating registers and processing sales transactionsAssisting with stock replenishment, merchandising and ticketingMaintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation standardsSupporting promotional campaigns, catalogue launches and seasonal eventsAssisting with online order fulfilment and Click & Collect ordersWorking collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goalsAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will have:A solid focus on customer service and salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskInitiative, reliability and a strong work ethicFlexibility to work weekends, school holidays and peak retail periodsWhat We OfferSupportive and friendly team environmentOpportunity to work with two well-known and respected retail brand
