customer experience, and complianceContribute to transformation programs involving core claims platforms, workflow systems, rules engines, and digital channelsAgile Delivery SupportOperate as an Agile Business Analyst within Scrum or SAFe teamsParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesPartner closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to support prioritisation, scope definition, and value deliveryEnable the squad to deliver iterative, high‐quality outcomes with a strong customer and business value focusStakeholder & Domain EngagementEngage with Insurance and Health Insurance business stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and future‐state needsAct as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and outcomesSupport change management and business readiness activities, including workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT supportRisk, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure requirements and solutions align with insurance regulatory, risk, and compliance obligationsIdentify risks, issues,



and dependencies early and elevate as requiredSupport governance processes through accurate documentation and audit‐ready artefactsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst within Insurance or Health Insurance environmentsStrong hands‐on experience working on Claims Transformation programsDemonstrated experience as an Agile BA, working in Scrum or SAFe delivery modelsStrong requirements elicitation and documentation skills (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows)Experience working closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and senior business stakeholdersExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsDesirable ExperienceExperience delivering transformation initiatives within claims platforms, policy systems, or digital insurance productsExposure to regulated environments and collaboration with risk, compliance, privacy, and legal teamsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, VisioConsulting or qualified services backgroundQualificationsTertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related disciplineRelevant BA or Agile certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, SAFe, Scrum) – desirableBenefitsWe offer you great opportunities within a dynamically growing consulting organization.
