Please note, this role is full time and based in our office in Campsie, 5 days per week.Key Task and DutiesRegister and post purchase order invoices, ensuring all relevant documentation accompanies the invoicesMonitor inboxes and phone lineLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues and/or discrepancies in order to process invoices in a timely mannerMaintain Evolve - the software we use to read and manage our invoicesAd-hoc duties as requiredWhat we need from youStrong willingness to learn and developBasic/sound understanding of accounting principlesStrong attention to detail and analytical abilityAccounting qualification (or similar)
