This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the numbers end to end and wants to land somewhere they can grow.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full accounting cycle - preparing and posting journals, running month-end close, and producing accurate management reports and financial statementsTake charge of balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger integrity, while assisting the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to keep the day-to-day ticking overSupport BAS lodgements, tax and compliance obligations, and cash flow forecasting,



partnering with the wider finance team to sharpen processes and controlsSkillsProven experience in an end-to-end accounting or financial accountant roleChartered training desiredCA/CPA qualified or working towards, backed by strong reconciliation skills, intermediate to advanced Excel, and confidence picking up new systems quickly (Xero, MYOB, SAP or similar)A proactive, roll-up-the-sleeves operator with sharp attention to detailFull working rights in Australia are essential for this role as this is a temporary to permanent opportunity
