About you n
You're a hands‐on leader who thrives on developing people, building capability and taking ownership of meaningful outcomes.
You'll bring: n
n
Proven ability to lead multiple sites, with preference given to experience in QSR, retail or similar fast-paced multi-site operations environments.
n
Strong operational knowledge and a track record of delivering results
n
Commercial acumen, with the ability to manage labour, costs and performance metrics
n
A results-driven approach to identifying opportunities and implementing positive change.
n
Strong coaching skills and the confidence to lead through others
n




The ability to influence, motivate and develop high-performing teams
n
Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills
n
A passion for people, performance and continuous improvement
n
What you'll do n
In this regional leadership role, you'll partner with restaurant teams to deliver safe, consistent and high-performing operations every day.
n

Lead and support a portfolio of restaurants to deliver outstanding results with a explicit "Safety First" focus.
n
Coach Restaurant General Managers and leadership teams to build capability, confidence and high-performing cultures.
n
Drive sales, profitability, guest experience and operational excellence across the region.
n
Develop future leaders through bench planning, development planning, Heartstyles and performance coaching.
n
Support restaurants to achieve on-or-above-target Balanced Scorecard results.
n
Partner with teams to solve challenges, celebrate wins and create great places to work.
n
