This is a genuine mix of workshop and site work.
In the workshop you'll be knocking up carcasses and working on detailed, one-off pieces that need a tradesman's eye: feature joinery, fine-tolerance fits, anything that can't be rushed.
You'll then lead the install of those same jobs on site - kitchens, wardrobes, laundries and bespoke joinery - working directly with site supervisors and off detailed shop drawings.
Because you've built it, nothing on site is a surprise.
An apprentice works with you across both, so you'll need patience and the ability to show, not just tell.
Nothing leaves the workshop until it's been checked against the drawings and every part is ticked off, so what arrives on site is what's on the plan.
Full week guaranteed regardless of site delays or weather.

About you
Cert III in Cabinet MakingMinimum 3 years' experience installing custom residential joineryStrong workshop skills - comfortable with both production knock-up and detailed bespoke workYour own reliable transportYour own full set of toolsCurrent driver's licence and White CardThe temperament to represent us well in front of builders and their clients
