The Opportunity
As a Field Sales Representative, you'll ensure our products are always visible, always available, and always creating great experiences for customers.
You'll uncover new business opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and drive growth across your territory.
This is a rapid-paced, field sales role, with daily travel across the Alice Springs region, supporting and servicing our customers.
If you're driven, commercial, and love being out in the market, this is where you'll make a real impact.
This position requires overnight travel for approximately 4-5 nights per month, with the furthest travel location being Yulara.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within your territoryBuild strong, lasting relationships with existing customersMonitor competitor activity and customer trends to provide insights and sharpen market decisionsCollaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and promotional successDeliver regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities, and market intelligence
About You




You are results-driven with a strong focus on sales, service, and high-quality execution.
In addition, you will be:
A valid Australian driver's licence holder with a willingness to travel throughout the territoryStrong communicator with the ability to build and maintain effective relationshipsOrganised, strategic, and confident in planning and prioritising workProblem-solver who turns challenges into opportunitiesResilient, energetic, and able to thrive through changeFMCG, retail, or convenience experience is an advantage (not essential)
