As a key member of our branch team, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the parts they need when they need them.Your responsibilities will include:Receiving, unloading and storing incoming stockPicking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficientlyCompleting local deliveries throughout Mackay and surrounding areasConducting stock checks and assisting with inventory controlMaintaining organised warehouse operations and stock replenishmentEnsuring warehouse safety, cleanliness and compliance standards are maintainedWorking closely with sales and parts teams to support customer requirementsProviding professional and friendly customer service during deliveries and branch interactionsNo two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and likes being part of a teamQualificationsWe're seeking someone who is:Reliable and punctualPhysically fit and comfortable performing hands-on warehouse dutiesCustomer-focused with a positive attitudeOrganised, safety-conscious and able to work efficientlyA genuine team playerWilling to learn and develop current skillsCurrent Driver's LicenceStrong commitment to workplace safetyGood communication and customer service skillsDesirable but Not EssentialPrevious warehouse,
