Our client is an established Australian premium spirits business seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead one of its vibrant venues on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The venue is a destination for locals and visitors to enjoy premium spirits, exceptional cocktails, great food, music and an energetic weekly programming calendar.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the venue’s day-to-day operations, from opening and service through to closing. You’ll lead the team, manage rosters and labour costs, oversee the P&L;, deliver the drinks and food offering, and bring the venue’s events and programming to life.

With a strong brand behind it, this is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to an experienced hospitality leader who is commercially minded, highly organised and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving the venue’s continued commercial success.

Role Responsibilities n

Lead day-to-day venue operations and P&L;
n
Recruit, lead and develop the team
n
Manage rosters, labour costs and compliance
n
Oversee suppliers and venue standards
n
Deliver exceptional food, drinks and guest experiences
n
Drive revenue through events, activations and programming
n




Champion the premium spirits portfolio
n
Work closely with marketing and senior leadership
n
Track performance and provide regular reporting
n

Ideal Experience nn
Proven venue, bar or restaurant management experience
n
Strong commercial and financial understanding
n
Excellent rostering and labour management skills
n
Experience delivering events and revenue-driving activations
n
Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
RSA certification is mandatory
n
Craft spirits or drinks experience advantageous
n
Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
