Job Description

CT Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Sydney office, contributing to our Campaigns practice. You will independently manage defined campaigns workstreams, mentor junior staff, and develop client relationships while delivering compelling proposals and pitches.

The role requires robust communication, stakeholder management, and ability to synthesise research into actionable insights. You will work closely with project leads and maintain CT Way Methodology across tasks.
