understanding and utilising protocols for such eventsAssist with the opening of the restaurant in the morningAssist with the closing of the restaurant in the eveningAbout youMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar hospitality roleWillingness to learn new skills and ability to adapt to new situationsFriendly disposition and passion for the industryHigh professional standardsAbility to work in a rapid pace environment and coping well under pressureExtensive Wine knowledgeKnowledge of steaks and cuts of meat is preferred, as well as a rudimentary understanding or experience of modern cuisineOn-site training/upskillingSupportive, professional and fun work environmentOpportunity for personal developmentNo Sunday work required and the occasional Saturday off
