Clario is looking for an experienced
Senior Regulatory Manager
to join a leading global technology business operating in a highly regulated consumer setting on a 12-month contract (with high potential to extend).
n
This is a senior, highly cross-functional role focused on managing relationships with key regulators, coordinating regulatory investigations and audits, and strengthening the organisation's compliance processes, controls and reporting.
n
You will work closely with teams across Legal, Operations, Policy, Risk and Safety, acting as a key point of coordination between the business and external regulators.
n
The role would suit someone with strong experience in
regulatory affairs, compliance, risk, internal audit or regulatory investigations
, particularly within a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Manage relationships with key external regulators and represent the business in regulatory and industry forums.
n
Lead responses to regulatory investigations, audits and information requests.
n
Coordinate internal stakeholders to gather, review and prepare accurate regulatory submissions and documentation.
n
Manage multiple regulatory matters, deadlines and sensitive information.
n
Work cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Risk,



Policy and Safety to address regulatory findings and strengthen compliance processes.
n
Maintain regulatory records and support the development and review of compliance policies and procedures.
n
Monitor regulatory developments and help implement required changes across the business.
n
About You n
n
Experience in a regulator-facing, compliance, risk, regulatory affairs or internal audit role.
n
Experience managing regulatory investigations, audits or complex information requests.
n
Strong written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
n
Excellent organisation, project-management and attention to detail.
n
The ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical actions.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously.
n
Experience in a highly regulated industry is highly regarded.
n
Previous experience in a legal role would be advantageous.
