The ideal candidate will have:Current registration with AHPRAAged Care placement or clinical experience (2+ years preferred but not essential)Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skillsUnderstanding requirements of regulatory compliance and accreditationBasic experience with funding and required documentationUnderstanding of quality systems and continuous improvementFull Australian working rightsYou must also be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.It's an exciting time to join Alwyndor!
