Reporting to the CFO, you will visit our dealerships to check that vehicle stock, parts stock and sales paperwork match what is in our systems, and report back on anything that does not add up.This is a hands‐on role.
You will be out in the yards and parts departments, not just at a desk.
It is a great way to learn how a large dealership group runs while you finish your degree.What you will doCount new,



used and demonstrator vehicles at each dealership and match them to our stock records and finance company statementsCheck vehicle details – VIN, registration, keys and location – and follow up any that do not matchCount parts and accessories stock and match it to the parts systemReview vehicle sales contracts and deal files to make sure all documents, approvals and charges are complete and correctWrite simple, clear reports on what you found and what needs fixingHelp the finance team with other checks and tasks as neededWhat we are looking forCurrent NSW driver's licence (essential – you will drive between our sites and may need to move vehicles in the yard)Comfortable with Excel and quick to pick up new systemsCareful, organised and valuable with detailHonest and reliable – you will be trusted with confidential informationHappy to start early for stocktakes when neededEligible to work in AustraliaNo audit or automotive experience needed – we will train you.
