From the moment a guest makes an enquiry or walks through our doors, through to the time they check out, we want them to feel genuinely welcomed, looked after and at home.Key responsibilitiesWelcoming guests and providing friendly, professional serviceChecking guests in and outManaging accommodation enquiries and reservationsAnswering telephone and email enquiriesProcessing guest accounts and payments accuratelyAssisting guests with requests and resolving issues quicklySharing your knowledge of Dubbo, including local restaurants,
