and proactivePhysically fit and high energyExceptional attention to detailTeam playerAble to follow processes and direction to carry out desired tasksHorticultural qualifications desirable but not essentialEnjoys working outside, all year roundCurrent drivers licenceCar licence (C class) requiredAustralian work rights required for this positionTasks & responsibilitiesPlanting plants on our various planting machinesGrowing & maintaining high quality plantsPreparing growing areas for new plants to go downPicking plants for customer ordersPreparing plants for sale, with a focus on detailWeedingBenefitsFull time roles are available Monday to Friday, up to 38 hours per week.Pay will be commensurate with qualifications and experience within the Nursery Award.
