The Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre is seeking friendly, motivated and customer-focused people to join our Customer Experience team.As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for many of our visitors, playing an important role in creating a warm, professional and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.You will support customers with enquiries, memberships, programs and services, while building strong knowledge of the centre and helping people find the options that best suit their needs.This Is a Excellent Opportunity For Someone Who Enjoys Working With People, Thrives In a Busy Environment And Takes Pride In Providing High-quality Service.
