Overview
We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our Brisbane team in a role that offers the perfect blend of stability, work-life balance and great coffee.
Working a Monday to Friday roster, starting at 7:30am and finishing in the early afternoon, you'll become an important part of our workplace culture.
This is more than just a barista role, you'll be the welcoming face of our corporate café, known for delivering exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality.
You will also play an important part in creating a warm, professional and engaging experience for our employees, customers and VIP guests.

Role Responsibilities




Crafting consistently exceptional barista-quality coffee and beveragesGreeting staff and visitors with a warm, professional attitudeManaging coffee orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentationSupporting catering set-up for VIP visits and workplace eventsBuilding positive relationships with staff, customers and guests
Qualifications
Previous barista experience and strong coffee-making skillsConfidence operating commercial coffee machines and grindersOutstanding customer service and communication skillsThe ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environmentThe ability to work independently while being a valued team player
