About the Role
As an Activities Facilitator, you'll deliver a range of outdoor recreation and adventure activities while creating a positive, engaging and safe experience for every participant.
You'll work closely with our Activities Manager and wider operations team to facilitate programs, support groups, maintain equipment and ensure activities run smoothly from start to finish.
This is a hands-on role where you'll spend most of your time outdoors, connecting with people and helping create unforgettable experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Facilitating outdoor recreation and adventure activities for groups and guestsDelivering explicit instructions,



demonstrations and safety briefingsCreating positive, engaging and inclusive experiences for participantsSupporting group leaders, teachers and guests throughout their stayConducting safety checks and equipment inspectionsAssisting with activity setup, pack down and equipment maintenanceMaintaining activity equipment, vehicles and activity areasWorking closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
About You
You're someone who loves being outdoors and enjoys working with people from all walks of life.
You bring energy, enthusiasm and confidence to every activity while understanding that safety is always the priority.
You'll also have:
Experience working with groups, guests, participants or studentsStrong communication and people skillsA current Driver LicenceCurrent First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Highly Regarded
Experience facilitating canoeing, kayaking or mountain biking activitiesOutdoor leadership qualificationsHigh ropes or challenge course qualificationsBus or Medium Rigid (MR) LicenceDriver Authorisation (DA) LicenceOther outdoor recreation or adventure tourism certifications
