Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the health care field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.We are currently seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist a male client with a spinal cord injury based in Birtinya.
You will be responsible for assisting with domestic tasks, attending appointments, therapies, gym outings, community access and meal preparation.Monday - 11am - 3pmThursday - 12pm - 4.30pmRates:Day - $***** per hourSkills & ExperienceAustralian Driver's LicenseCurrent National Police Clearance within 12 monthsFirst Aid and CPRCurrent Blue CardCurrent Yellow CardNDIS Worker Orientation Module
