Commodore Motel Mildura is seeking a friendly and professional Motel Receptionist to join our Front Office team.
This is a casual position based in Mildura, VIC ****.
As a Motel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they arrive.
This position is essential to the smooth operation of our motel and directly impacts guest satisfaction and loyalty.Key responsibilitiesWelcoming guests upon arrival and processing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteouslyHandling guest inquiries and providing information about motel facilities, local attractions and servicesManaging room bookings, reservations and cancellations using our booking systemProcessing payments and managing cash, card and other payment methods accuratelyAnswering incoming calls and directing them appropriately or taking messagesAddressing guest concerns and resolving complaints promptly and professionallyMaintaining cleanliness and organisation of the reception areaPerforming general administrative tasks such as filing and data entryCommunicating with housekeeping and maintenance staff regarding room status and repairsFollowing all motel policies and procedures, including health and safety protocolsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in reception,
