In2Surf Surf School is looking for multiple Surf Coaches/Instructors to join the team for school surf programs during the upcoming school term.
The work involves coaching larger groups of school students alongside a team of surf coaches.
Key responsibilities
Coach larger groups of school students in surf sessions
Work as part of a team of surf coaches
Manage students in the water with confidence
Provide safe and enjoyable surf experiences
Help young people develop confidence and ocean awareness
About you
Competent and confident surfers
Reliable and punctual
Enjoy working with children and teenagers
Communicate well and work effectively within a coaching team
Have positive ocean awareness and surf safety knowledge
Positive, encouraging and confident managing students in the water




Previous surf coaching or instructing experience highly regarded
Surf coaching qualifications highly regarded
First Aid/CPR highly regarded
Current Working With Children Check highly regarded
