If you are enthusiastic, reliable and enjoy providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.What you will be doingWe are looking for an experienced receptionist who understands the importance of being the first point of contact in a busy practice.Orthodontic experience is not essential as the successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of a busy orthodontic practice, including assisting in the clinic when required.However, adaptability, a positive work attitude,



and a willingness to learn are a must.You will need to enjoy working in a small team environment and can develop an easy rapport with both patients and parents alike.Key responsibilities includeGreeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and qualified mannerScheduling and managing patient appointmentsHandling patient enquiries and providing information about our practiceMaintaining patient records and processing paymentsAssisting with administrative tasks including patient and dentist letters, filing and ordering suppliesProviding support to the clinical team when neededWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a receptionist is desirable but not essentialExcellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a small teamStrong written and verbal communication skills with a good command of English essentialProficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
Experience with Dolphin Management is desirable but not essentialReliable and punctual with a positive can-do attitudeYou must have your own vehicle & current drivers licence, as some travelling isrequired between practicesReferences will be requested for the short-listed candidatesOnly short-listed candidates will be contacted.
