The position of Part-time Medical Receptionist offers applicants the chance to work with a friendly and hardworking team in a secure, secure, well-established long-term position.Key responsibilities include:Providing professional service, meeting and greeting patients attending the clinicManaging bookings, scheduling appointments, and processing patient accounts, including Medicare billingsManaging all incoming patient and other stakeholder phone calls, emails and faxes.Opening and closing of the clinicHas knowledge of Best Practice software (highly advantageous but not required)Enjoys a front-line role and takes pride in their customer service skillsAble to provide cover for other team members,

The centre is open Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 7:00 pm) and Saturdays (08:30 am – 1:00 pm).
