What You'll Be Doing n

Hitting the Road: Visiting farms to conduct on-site risk analysis and offer tailored solutions.

Owning Your Patch: Growing and managing your own portfolio of rural clients.
n
n
Community Presence: Building trust with local farmers through face-to-face expertise.
n
n
Driving Growth: Proactively converting leads into long-term, loyal partnerships.
n
About You (The Essentials) nn
n
Local Knowledge: You are currently residing in regional Victoria (ideally Central VIC or Western VIC) or surrounding areas. Local roots matter.
n
n
Ag-Fluent: You have a demonstrated background, exposure, or a deep interest in the Agriculture sector.
n
n
Sales Grit: You've worked to targets before. You know how to identify new business, manage a pipeline, and close a deal.
n
n
Stability & Commitment: We are looking for someone who wants to plant roots. You have a demonstrated track record of commitment and are looking for your next long-term career move.

On Offer: Up to $127K pkg (subject to exp) Variable Rem + health and welfare perks.

Vehicle: Tools of trade including company car

Flexibility: Hybrid

Extra: Insurance experience is a plus, however, we'll back the right person. If you have a background in Ag-Banking, Sales and Customer service with a robust connection to the farm community, we'll pay for your RG146 and provide full training.
