Job Description

Your Health Your Way is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our home-visit team serving the Northern Beaches and North Shore. Current graduates and juniors are welcome.

Roles offer full time or part time hours, with autonomy in client care and supportive mentoring. Responsibilities include delivering mobility and strength programs, falls prevention, and pain management in clients' homes, plus creating personalised exercise plans and coordinating with their care team.
