What You'll Do:You will act as the front-line experience specialist for our premium customers, ensuring a seamless, personalised rental experience from rental to return.Clear communication and coordination with the customer for vehicle pick-up and drop-off whilst addressing all customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner.
